Unfinished Hardwood Flooring
Unfinished hardwoods have been a popular choice for centuries. The technique for installing this type of flooring is commonly called sand and finish or Swedish finished flooring. Unfinished hardwoods are sanded down and the entire floor is coated with two to three layers of finish. This flooring can be refinished up to three times, to help restore the original luster of the hardwood flooring.
